Our consulting offerings are collaborative and flexible. We work with you and your organization at your direction, on your time line. While every relationship has its own unique features, our consulting services tend to follow one of three different options:
1. DEPARTMENT ASSESSMENT OPTION
If you are currently unsure if your food service department is operating in a cost effective manner
and you want an objective, outside assessment, we can give you the answer. An HHA Services consultant will spend one to two days on site reviewing current operating expenses, determining appropriate staffing levels and assessing key operational issues such as customer satisfaction, sanitation, quality of food and retail profitability. We will then present our survey findings and department assessment in a detailed executive summary.
2. PROJECT MODEL OPTION
You’ve identified several opportunities for improvement, but are not sure of the solution. In this model, we work with you on a project basis to give you the in-depth support you need over a defined but limited period of time. Once we understand your objectives, we agree on the project parameters. We then assign an experienced HHA Services consultant and develop a business plan with specific recommendations. If you desire, we can also assist with the implementation.
3. RETAINER MODEL OPTION
If you or your food service director would find it helpful to have the knowledge and resources of HHA Services available on a continuing basis, consider the advantages of our retainer model. In a retainer arrangement, we assign an HHA Services consultant to assist and coach your organization and the entire food service operation. Our retainer arrangements typically last for at least two years. They include routine site visits, access to HHA Services program resources, and on-going corporate support.
