HEART FOR AFRICA
Dan Bowen, represented HHA when he took the opportunity to travel to Swaziland in Africa to conduct volunteer work in a children's orphanage. For one week, he worked with a diverse group of people from across the United States in helping finalize the building of the Emmanuel Khayelethu Home sponsored by the Heart for Africa. His team worked on painting the roof, working in the massive garden, clearing brush and caring for the children. The entire experience was moving and allowed him to play a small part in enhancing the children's lives.
