SALARIES

Our salary scales are based upon assignment responsibilities and the geographical location. Developmental reviews are conducted on an annual basis and are linked to advancement opportunities within the organization.

 

BONUSES

Personnel at the clerical level and above are eligible for performance based bonuses.

 

HEALTH INSURANCE

HHA Services provides a comprehensive health care package including Prescription, Dental and Vision coverage. Clerical positions and above are eligible for Full Family coverage. HHA Services shares the cost of this coverage.

 

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

HHA Services offers flexible spending accounts, health and dependent care, to all associates at their own expense.

 

LIFE INSURANCE, SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY

Clerical personnel and above are eligible for company paid life insurance equal to one times the annual salary. Company paid Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability plans are also provided to clerical and management positions.

 

OPTIONAL LONG TERM DISABILITY AND LIFE INSURANCE PLANS

Our associates may purchase additional insurance coverage at their own expense through HHA Services group plans.

 

VACATION

Our associates accrue vacation time commensurate with their position and tenure with the organization.

 

SICK/PERSONAL TIME

Clerical and Management personnel earn one day per month to a maximum of twelve days.

 

HOLIDAYS

HHA Services observes six major holidays including, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In addition, one Floating Holiday is available to be used as desired.

 

401(K) SAVINGS PLAN

HHA Services offers a retirement savings plan with an extensive variety of investment options. The plan is available to all of our personnel. The company matches contributions up to a maximum limit.

 

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Management personnel are eligible for reimbursement of tuition costs to accredited learning institutions. Eligibility is on an annual basis.

 

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

HHA Services provides company paid relocation. Our policy and procedure for relocation outlines the coverage expenses and limits.

 

VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Through our association with our business partners, HHA Services is able to offer value added services to our personnel. Services include mortgage and loan assistance, real estate assistance, employee assistance programs and discounts on many valuable services.
