HHA Services created our own internal, corporate school called QSchoolsm, which promotes the structure for our entire curriculum of training and development from the Associate level, the Supervisory and Management levels, to the Senior Management and Executive levels. We have Training, Development and Recognition Programs specifically designed for each division’s associates, as a part of the QSchoolsm curriculum.

The principle elements for long-term success in our training programs are our comprehensive competency-based training methods for the associates.  The entire training program focuses on achieving and maintaining our service standards.  With the implementation of our program, all of the departments’ personnel will be trained and certified. Continuous and on-going training will then be provided annually for current and for new associates.
